The book called “Sunlight Can Save Your Life,” written by Zane R. Kime, MD, MS, and published in 1980, has always been one of the top books that I feel blessed to own and read. 

In his book, Dr. Kime talks about all the research on sunlight and lowering “cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar; how you can increase your endurance, sex hormones and resistance to infection.” It has a 38-page bibliography for all the research sources and is definitely well worth reading.
