MADISON — Arts in Motion Theater Company has announced it has found a permanent home at 1513 Route 16 in Madison, the former site of Karla’s Pet Rendezvous, where it plans to operate a studio, rehearsal space, storage area and scene shop and hold outdoor events. According to Arts in Motion, the non-profit will begin operating from the property Oct. 1.
The 6,000-square-foot building with ample parking is being leased under a five-year commitment, though Arts in Motion hopes to remain there longer. It plans to construct a new building there for its scene shop needs.
