“Thor: Ragnarok,” the third Thor film and the 17th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe,” is easily the best of the three Thor movies and perhaps the loosest and funniest of the Marvel films to date.

Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, has realized that this universe is so well-established that the studio can become more audacious and outlandish with its roster of characters.
