CONWAY — Traffic Thursday shifted on Route 16 as work advances on Phase 1 of the Main Street Project.
Alvin J. Coleman & Son Inc. is installing temporary pavement on the west side of Route 16 from Main Street north to the southern end of the Saco River bridge.
