CONWAY — The last of the town’s American Rescue Act Funds are being used to help shelter housing insecure people, Conway Town Manager John Eastman said last week. At a previous selectmen’s meeting, the board decided to allocate the town’s remaining ARPA money to helping the homeless and the hungry, rather than to fund a parking lot for the Conway Public Library.

It appears the library has enough money to purchase land for parking without help.
