CONWAY — A Maine man accused of stealing power tools from The Home Depot in North Conway and leading police on a high-speed chase into Maine was indicted last month by a Carroll County Superior Court grand jury.
On Feb. 20, a Carroll County Superior Court grand jury indicted Matthew Thompson, 37, of Fayette, Maine, on a Class B felony count of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon for the chase and a Class A felony theft charge for allegedly stealing more than $1,500 worth of power tools.
