CONWAY — A Carroll County Superior Court judge told a woman accused of stealing nearly $12,000 she won't be able to wiggle out of going to trial in December and January.

The woman's lawyer wanted off the case because she apparently couldn't find the time to meet with him, and local business owners have become increasingly impatient with the many delays that have occurred.
