CONWAY — Angels & Elves is proud to announce that the 34-year-old program operated by the Kiwanis Club of Mt. Washington Valley that provides underserved children gifts from Santa is back. Elf Headquarters officially opens on Monday, Nov. 3.
But this past week has been a busy one, with team leader stations getting set up, an online application created, clothing hung by size and gender, toys and books stored by age, computer equipment installed and volunteer schedules completed.
