Babbin wins jersey

OSSIPEE — Chief Donald Babbin of the Ossipee Police Department recently attended the International Association of Chiefs of Police conference in Denver. During the FBI-LEEDA breakfast event at the conference, Babbin won a signed Cleveland Browns jersey.

Rather than keep the jersey, Babbin donated it to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, D.C.
