OSSIPEE — Ossipee Main Street Program held its first annual scarecrow contest on Oct. 21, and has announce the following winners. Home entries: Firstplace, Lorraine Tabb and Jim Eldridge; second place Bobbi Tyler and Friends and third place, Silas Eldridge. Organization entries: First place, Ossipee Public Library; second place, Ossipee Central School/Karen Berkowitz and third place Rotary Club of Ossipee Valley.
