EFFINGHAM — The Effingham Planning Board, which ruled in favor of the Meena gas station on Route 25, recently had its decision ratified by the New Hampshire Supreme Court.

Effingham's Meena decision had been challenged by abutters from Ossipee. Now, can start work on rehabbing the former Boyle's Market and service station, which date back to 1991.
