David F. Howard, 84, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at Mineral Springs in North Conway, N.H. He was born in Boston to the late Elizabeth M. (Taylor) and Gordon D. Howard.

David graduated from Wakefield High School in 1961. After working several jobs for five years, he found his lifelong job at Verizon (New England Telephone) in 1966 and spent the next 35 years there, working throughout several central offices.
