CONCORD – Tuftonboro resident Justin Trudeau, 27, was indicted by a federal grand jury Oct. 7 for possession with intent to distribute 100 grams or more of fentanyl analogue and 50 grams and more of methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney Erin Creegan announces. Trudeau will appear in federal court in Concord on a later date.

If convicted, Trudeau faces a mandatory minimum prison term of 10 years and a maximum prison term of life, a maximum fine of $10,000,000, or both. Sentences are imposed by a federal district court judge based upon the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and statutes that govern the determination of a sentence in a criminal case.
