CONWAY — It's Labor Day weekend and that means it's time to get to work voting for your favorite organization, business or person that appear on the ballot in this year's Readers Choice Awards. 

The votes are piling up with 123,100 votes cast so far and with three days to go that number will likely top 150,000.
