BARTLETT — Despite voters at the annual school meeting March 3 rejecting two warrant articles, totaling $800,000, Sean McCarthy remains undeterred in his mission to raise staff pay and hike teacher morale at Josiah Bartlett Elementary School.
McCarthy, a paraprofessional at JBES, was back at the Bartlett School Board’s meeting on May 5, advocating for both.
