Frederick B. Goss

Frederick B. Goss, 83, of Eaton, N.H., passed away on May 1, 2026, in Tivoli, N.Y. He died peacefully at home with family around him.

Fred was born in Freedom, N.H., in 1942 and graduated from Kennett High School in 1960. After serving in the Signal Corps of the U.S. Army, Fred settled with his wife, Judith Mulherin Goss, and daughter Jackie, in Eaton, where he ran his own excavation, land management and snow-plowing business. He also served on the school board and as a selectman for the town of Eaton, and on the board of the Carroll County Conservation District.
