OSSIPEE — Selectmen announced Monday that Ossipee Police Lt. Rob Ripley had been suspended, but on Wednesday they said the suspension was rescinded as part of an agreement in which Ripley will resign effective July 31. He will remain on paid time off until then.
After a non-public session Wednesday, selectmen’s chair Jonathan Smith provided the Sun with Ripley’s resignation and retirement agreement that was approved that evening.
