CONWAY — With the snowmaking guns churning out the white stuff, the Kennett High ski jumping team is ready to take flight in 2026. With 17 athletes out for the sport, Coach Chip Henry is once again gung-ho to see his Eagles soar.

Henry and his father, Rod, a mechanical wizard, were out at the Kennett jumps on the Kancamagus Highway on Monday morning, making snow, something they hadn’t been able to do for a little while.
