CONWAY — The early bird may catch the worm, but early morning track meets can be a little more difficult than usual for some athletes. The Kennett High boys’ and girls’ indoor track teams closed the book on 2018 on Saturday with a 9 a.m. meet at Paul Swett Oval on the campus of the University of New Hampshire in Durham.

“The 9 a.m. meets are little early for everyone,” said Bernie Livingston, Eagles’ head coach, smiling. “I told the kids beforehand you may be a little off given the time of day. We left for the meet at 6:30 a.m. and we’ll be doing it again this Sunday.”
