FRYEBURG — The Fryeburg Academy girls’ basketball team opened the second half of its season on the road with a pair of loses. The girls from Fryeburg ran in to a pair of strong defensive sides and fell 31-16 to Greely in Cumberland, Maine, on Friday, and suffered a 37-19 loss against Cape Elizabeth on Tuesday night.

The Raiders fell to 0-11 on the season with the defeats, while Rangers of Greely and the Cape Elizabeth Capers improved to 9-3 and 5-6, respectively..
