CONWAY — Defense is the calling card of this year’s Kennett High boys’ basketball team, and it was on full display on Friday night when the Eagles hosted and put the defensive clamps on Plymouth in the Peter Ames Gymnasium.
KHS limited the Bobcats to just seven shots in a 50-30 victory on a night where all proceeds went to benefit the Camden Bailey Quest 2 Cure Osteosarcoma Cancer Foundation. Players and countless fans donned special Carolina-blue t-shirts in honor of the late Bailey, who was such an inspiration to this community.
