CONWAY — A balloon test conducted Tuesday shows that a proposed West Side Road cell tower would be visible from the road, the first tee at North Conway Golf Course and a portion of Cathedral Ledge.
Vertical Bridge of Delray Beach, Fla., is proposing to build a 150-foot tower at 2699 West Side Road. The plan has local residents up in arms, as they said the tower will spoil the scenic views they enjoy.
