“This may ruffle some feathers, and I apologize in advance,” Sarah Burke said near the end the July 27 board meeting. “But I feel like we need to schedule time to have a serious conversation. ... Our enrollment is falling. We are still struggling to figure out what’s going on with the John Fuller building. We are still maintaining five properties.”
