CONWAY — After opening the season with two large meets (Paul Letarte Invitational at Great Glen Trails and the Oyster River Bobcat Invitational in Madbury), the Kennett High boys’ and girls’ cross-country teams ran in what will probably be their smallest meet of the season on Saturday. The Eagles competed against three other teams in the White Mountains Invitational in Whitefield.
The KHS girls won the meet, while the boys from Conway were second to a solid Berlin team despite missing its top three runners Hunter Krebs, Keith Badger and Garrick Porter.
