BARTLETT — Kennett High senior Allie Hussey closed out her high school alpine racing career in fantastic fashion over the weekend. She won the giant slalom at the Eastern High School Alpine Championships at Bear Peak at Attitash and she and teammate Myra Johnston helped New Hampshire to the overall title.

The mega-talented Hussey, who won individual state titles in slalom and GS last month, was a late addition to the New Hampshire squad, and she proved it was a good call. Hussey was also named the overall top female skier at the championships.
