CONWAY — The Kennett High baseball and softball programs are hoping the community will step up to the plate to assist the Eagles in upgrades to their respective playing fields.

“We are looking to complete some upgrades at both fields over the next two years,” said Josh McAllister, coach of the baseball team. “This year we are looking to install outdoor batting cages, bullpens and sheds at both fields. The second phase of development will be the installation of solar-powered scoreboards similar to the field hockey and soccer fields in 2019. As part of this, we are fundraising for these efforts to match grant money that we have received from the Millen Foundation.”
