CONWAY — This year’s Kennett High field hockey team is eager to make its mark. After falling just short of reaching the 2024 playoffs, the Eagles have their sights set on making some noise in Division II.
Acting Varsity Coach Ella Chandler was excited to see the hometown flock take to Centola Field for the season-opener when Pembroke Academy was scheduled to come to town on Friday, but the match was postponed due to thunderstorm threats.
