CONWAY — The Kennett High field hockey team opened the regular season in style on Friday, topping Manchester Memorial 9-1 at Centola Field in a dominating performance. The Eagles outshot the Crusaders 23-2 before a good-sized home crowd.
Coach Ella Chandler was pleased with her team’s play, but added there remain plenty of things for the Eagles to improve.
