OSSIPEE — At last Thursday's Republican candidate forum at Ossipee Town Hall, Carroll County Sheriff Dominic Richardi defended his record and his position on a federal immigration enforcement program Thursday night as Republican challenger Justin Worthley accused him of lacking transparency and passion for the job.
Richardi attended the forum in person, while Worthley, who was appearing at another candidate event in Sandwich, submitted a statement that was read by moderator Max Ledoux.
