CONWAY — What’s the John Fuller property worth? There are wide-ranging opinions, and one Conway School Board member, Randy Davison, believes the John Fuller Ad Hoc Committee should hire a local company to find out.

Davison, who sits on the committee, is encouraging his school board colleagues to hire Bergeron Technical Services Inc. of Conway, to get “to an accurate picture” of what the 10.8-acre parcel on Pine Street in North Conway  might be worth and to help guide the committee when it reviews requests for proposals to possibly put 16 housing units on the property.
