CONWAY — It took three right to know requests, but the town last Friday released the two complaints filed last November against former Conway selectman John Colbath, including allegations that he made a sexually suggestive comment to a town employee and criticized another employee over vacation time.

After a taxpayer-funded $27,000 investigation, it was determined that the comments did not violate town policy.
