FREEDOM — A record field has already preregistered for the annual Freedom Turkey Trot, a Walk/Run event for all ages to be run on Thanksgiving morning, Nov. 23.

“With 12 days to go until race time, we've already surpassed the number who pre-registered last year,” said race organizer Knute Ogren. “Back then, half pre-registered and half showed up — ending up with about 90.
