BERLIN — Berlin’s housing market remains among the most affordable in northern New Hampshire, but real estate activity is showing signs of slowing after several years of rapid price increases.

That assessment comes from Kate Frisk, a real estate agent with Badger Peabody & Smith’s Gorham office, who works extensively in Berlin, and Brendan Battenfelder, the company’s vice president.
