North Country Angling-Better Frog Bait

The warm weather returned to the Mount Washington Valley this week. The heat brought temperatures in the Saco and Ellis Rivers to unsafe fishing levels during the day. In order to preserve the trout for cooler temperatures and fall fishing, we once again looked to the lakes for some angling action.

Crystal Lake in Eaton is one of those sleeper lakes that provide memorable warm-water action.
