The Kennett High baseball team was scheduled to open its season at home against Laconia on April 13, but the game was pushed back a day due to the threat of rain. The Eagles and the Sachems were able to get in four innings of action before the sky opened. KHS led 3-1 when the game was suspended due to thunder and lightning.
