To the editor:

Refusing to acknowledge that one of the major reasons for inflation is increased money supply, Congress, led by socialist, liberal Democrats, recently passed a 1.7 trillion dollar bill. That bill, as originally proposed, was supposed to be for enough money to keep the government running for a short time until Congress could meet after the holidays to work on longer term legislation.
