CONWAY — Everyone knows the country is celebrating our 250th birthday come July 4. But that leaves the rest of the summer to account for. So read on, because Mount Washington Valley has lots in store over the next several months.

There’s so much to do — and seemingly so little time to pack it all in, which is a tough problem to have, but how lucky are we all, right? There are summer craft fairs. Art exhibits. Outdoor concert series. Summer theater. Mountain biking and hiking. Canoeing, kayaking and tubing, with local liveries renting out equipment if you need it. Golf, tennis and pickleball. Swimming. Going on a train ride. Driving to the Top of New England. Nature programs. Scenic chairlift rides to take in expansive mountain top vistas …
