To the editor:

It seems Donald Trump has worked out his personal equivalent of the “Monroe Doctrine.” He may not have actually thought it out, but his tweets, actions with foreign leaders and decimation of the State Department have been enough so that an average observer can formulate the essence of the “Trump Doctrine.”
