To the editor:

It’s too horrible to look at, too terrible to think about. You want to turn away. Don’t.

There are lessons to be learned with the sad death that occurred in Minnesota.

1. If you decide to participate in civil disobedience against law enforcement, there are consequences, some which may be unintended. The days of no cash bail are or will soon be over.

2. If you block a street with your car in order to pin down officers or impede their movement, you will be confronted. You are creating a dangerous, chaotic environment for law enforcement personnel which can have unintended consequences.

3. If you operate a motor vehicle after being told to exit your vehicle by law enforcement, there may be unpleasant or unfortunate consequences.

4. If you drive your vehicle towards law enforcement while they are performing their duties, your action might be interpreted as an attack with a deadly weapon, which can result in unfortunate consequences for either you, the officer, or both.

This woman was not just driving through the area as some reported. She and her spouse were targeting ICE during the performance of their duties which is evidently the new playbook for disrupting the Trump administration's deportation agenda. And now the Left thinks this can be a George Floyd 2 moment. I don't think that will happen.

G-Allen, “if you engage in civil disobedience against law enforcement, there are consequences “. I agree, on January 6, the “protesters” beat, maced, caused the deaths of capitol police, they should have been shot, by your argument. Why the police didn’t shoot them is a mystery. So you ‘back the blue’, except when you don’t. Sometimes it’s okay, to beat them. The rioters on that day, were arrested, charged and had trials, found guilty, sent to prison, where they should still be.

The man who shot Good, didn’t follow any training, at all, the fact that he was ‘afraid of a smiling woman shows how unfit he is for law enforcement. Not only did he not follow training, he was lacking any common sense. If she was a crazed terrorist, why walk and stand in front and back of here car? Police, real police, are trained to never shoot into a moving car. They had her plate number, they could have gone to her home, arrested her, and given her what the J6’ers received which was a fair trial.

And then she could have been pardoned.

By the way, Trump wants to,protect Iranian protesters with our military, but he wants to kill American protesters, go figure.

On of the first acts of protest, cilvil disobedience before the American revolution, was the Boston Tea Party, I’m assuming, if you had been living then you would have been a Tory, long live the king.

Nice job guest. It's like shooting fish in a barrel pointing out the obvious holes in G and MEPD's nonsense, but still- smoke 'em if you got 'em. lol

Now think about this:

This was a 37-year-old Mother. The father of her children is dead. She is the only parent left. Her one job above every cause, every protest, or every headline, is being a Mom and getting home to her kids.

However, what is she doing instead, in the middle of a workweek, after dropping off her children at daycare?

She is a trained Activist who has intentionally driven out of state, in the street, in her car, actively blocking federal agents from doing their job. She is not alone! Her partner is right there filming her as if this is some act of bravery in her little documentary moment to post on social media. Around them: whistles blaring, people yelling, pure chaos, manufactured chaos, obstructing agents from doing their lawful duty.

All the videos show this: Her window is down. She hears the orders. She understands the orders. She ignores the orders. She does not comply. She puts the car in reverse. Still doesn’t comply. Then she puts the car into Drive, not Park! She moves forward, wheels spinning, directly into the ICE Agent. That’s not confusion, that’s not panic. These are active, purposeful decisions.

Now put yourself in the ICE Agent’s shoes. The driver is already in an unlawful act, intentionally obstructing the road, and refusing multiple commands in a hostile and chaotic scene. Next, the driver uses her vehicle, directing it purposely toward you. You have a split second to react. You don’t get the luxury of guessing her state of mind. You have to assume the worst; you have to think of protecting yourself and others, like your partner at the driver's window. Because if you hesitate, you or your partner won’t go home.

So the ICE agent rightly fires after she makes an intentional and aggressive move toward him, because he has no idea what her intentions are, as she has already demonstrated the willingness to ignore legal orders and is actively willing to escalate the situation.

Now… imagine her three kids. At school, sitting there like any other day. Not knowing their mother (and her partner) is out playing Activist-Hero games for law-breaking criminals.

She and her partner didn’t think about them.

She didn’t think, “If I get arrested, who picks my babies up?”

She didn’t think, “If I get hurt, who raises them?”

She didn’t think, “If I die, then what happens?”

Her only thought was about protecting criminals, interfering with federal agents during a lawful operation, the cameras, the crowd, the moment, the mission.

No amount of evidence, money, tears, or news spin can make this make sense.

As a parent: NOTHING about this makes sense.

At a minimum, she knew her actions could get her arrested. And she still chose it. She chose strangers. She chose chaos. She chose lawlessness. The only thing I see is three kids who just got abandoned by the only parent they had left, not by accident, but by a series of deliberate choices.

No matter what these Leftist, Liberal Activists do, it doesn't exempt them from the very real consequences for their actions. In fact, with all of the legal ICE operations that they have been interfering with, it’s a testament to those ICE Officers' patience and professionalism that there haven’t been more Activists being seriously injured or killed.

So, let’s not falsely prop her up as a martyr, but let’s put her irresponsible actions into their proper context to hopefully discourage others from making the same fatal, selfish mistake.

Ironically, the very criminals she was protesting for in all likelihood couldn't care less.
