To the editor:

In reference to the Nov. 22 letter from Tino Fernandes judging the GOP, I am an independent who has voted for both Republican and Democrat over the past 50 years. My voting criteria are based on whose policies I consider to be the better. I have never judged or criticized anyone with an opposing view. I have friends and family who are never Trumpers, no matter what the facts may reveal.There is never the possibility to even discuss opposing views from these voters.
