CONWAY — It’s that time of year when everyone starts thinking of going back to school, and North Country Cares will once again step up to the plate in helping local teens and pre-teens to get their supplies.
The non-profit organization’s 13th Back-to-School Backpack Giveaway returns in a slightly different format on Sunday, Aug. 16, from 2-5 p.m., said North Country Cares Executive Director Emily Smith-Mossman.
