Saco River Medical Group has been our “go to” for year-round care for many years, (when the ER is not quite necessary). I send much gratitude for their caring staff and especially to Judith Brewster PA-C, during my most recent need, and Dr. Jennifer Smith DO, for their special care and compassion.
