To the editor:

This letter is in response to the ridiculous “dangerous dog” article on April 5 about a dog named Shadow. I have known that dog since he was 4 months old — he’s a big baby, afraid of his own shadow, just like his name states. If he bit someone, he must have felt threatened at the time.
