Given the recent court decision, short-term rentals may become an inevitability. Here’s a simple way to keep them from being a nuisance.

Too many are assuming STR means wild party, Almost all are people who cannot afford a second home but enjoy winter fun in the Whites. Life is fun.

You can't evict someone just because the police were called to the unit. Also, who is the property manager they report to? Doesn't exist. 99% of rentals have no problems. This is just dumb.

That is one of the most bizarre solutions in search of a problem I have heard yet. Of course, it’s unrealistic, unreasonable, unenforceable, and very likely unconstitutional. But hey, why not toss it out there. I confess, I thought it must be satire. Is it?
