To the editor:

Shame on the Mt. Washington Valley Republican Committee for posting a tasteless historic photo of a collection of wedding rings on social media that was clearly meant to evoke the Holocaust. The caption reads, “Before they collected these wedding rings … they collected all the guns.”

If these horrific tragedies can lead to the abandonment of the 2nd amendment, then there is there greatest tragedy of all. Gun owners are not responsible for these losers committed murder. We will not be disarmed.
