To the editor:Town of Conway betterment bonds to improve Vista View Road, Scenic View Circle, Wylie Court, Birch Bend, Country Road, Wildflower Trail and Prides Pasture to town road standards are the purposes of Articles 9, 10 and 11. The taxpayers do not pay for the improvements, because home and lot owners along theses roads will repay 100 percent of the bonds and interest. The home and lot owners are also giving the town $60,000 with no conditions for spending it. The town will take over the roads upon completion of the improvements, just as it has for at least seven other roads in the last few years.Please vote yes for these articles on April 13.
