To the editor:The Conway Dinner Bell recently concluded its fourth Guest Chef Series. For eight Thursdays in January and February, the chefs planned, prepared and served culinary delights to all of our patrons and volunteers. The community is fortunate to have such generous individuals and restaurants who are so supportive of what we do, which is to provide a free weekly dinner, prepared and served, for our friends of the Mount Washington Valley. Working with the Dinner Bell this year were Don Houser, Grand Summit Hotel; Tom Kugel, Cafe Noche; Cindy Bogus, Memorial Hospital; Bryant Alden, Eagle Mountain House; Bali Szabo, Chequers Villa; and Sonja Bowman, Cliffside Restaurant. From everyone at the Dinner Bell, we thank you all for many wonderful dining experiences.
