CONWAY — Engineers for the Birchmont Resort and Spa housing project in North Conway took heed of suggestions given at last month’s site walk and planning board meeting and came back to the Sept. 25 meeting with fresh changes to the site plan.
They include combining several buildings into one and moving it; increasing the buffer between the development and Duprey Road; improvements to Locust Lane; and adding a buffer of evergreen trees closer to the North-South Road.
