DOVER — The Kennett High football team saw its two-game win streak snapped when the boys from Conway ran into the high-powered St. Thomas offense on Friday night in Dover. The Saints put 40 points on the scoreboard for the fourth straight week, winning 40-18.

The game, however, was much closer than the final score might indicate. The Eagles trailed 20-12 just 40 seconds into the second half. The difference in the game was just a few key plays, according to Kennett Coach Scott Stearns.
