I dislocated my shoulder patting myself on the back. Then I popped it back into socket giving everyone within arm’s reach a bear hug. Today, Eaton stands tall.

Outside of business — where I captain a ship tighter than my grandfather’s WWII escort destroyer in the Pacific — I am generally known for outrageous antics and a pen so sharp it makes underpaid and overworked elected officials regret ever running for office in the first place. But all tomfoolery aside, let me say something serious for once: With a little help from our friends, the town of Eaton has achieved something truly remarkable.
